João Santos Tavares

João has a degree in Social and Organisational Psychology and has over 20 years of experience in national and international teams in the HR Fields. Over his professional career he has worked for companies such as Volkswagen, CIMPOR, EDP and for the last 3,5 years is the CHRO for Teleperformance Portugal.
Having started his career more focused in training & development, he has implemented teams and projects that cover all the HR related topics from Talent Acquisition, to compensation, Employee Engagement and Diversity Equity and Inclusion.
