Carlos Moreira is a senior executive in the CXM / BPO industry, with 17 years’ experience managing operations for some of the world´s leading brands. He is currently CEO of Webhelp in Portugal, a 2.000 people multilingual organization. Prior to Webhelp, Carlos was Managing Director for Armatis Iberia and COO for Teleperformance in Portugal.
