Eduardo Mendes

Eduardo joined BGA in 2023 as Chief Impact Officer, with the mission of exploring new avenues for growth for the company. He has 18 years of professional experience mostly dedicated to HR management. Prior to joining BGA, he was at Sonae as Head of People and Leadership in the Holding Company. Since 2015, he held executive positions in the financial industry as well as the spirits and wines industry. In parallel, Eduardo is an invited lecturer at Nova SBE. Eduardo holds a Master Degree in Management from ISCTE Business School, Lisbon, he also graduated in Psychology from Coimbra University and is a certified Coach.
