Carlos is a senior executive in the CX industry, with 18 years of experience managing operations for some of the world’s leading brands. He is currently the CEO of Concentrix Portugal, a 6.500 people multilingual organization. Before Concentrix, Carlos was the CEO of Webhelp in Portugal, Managing Director for Armatis Iberia, and COO for Teleperformance Portugal.
